Tonight was a first, I've lived here for 20 yrs nw and been eating at the restaurant for a lot of tht time. Tonight as we traveled through one or our favorite places to eat has left a Very bad taste in our mouth. When a customer is paying the same for take out as dine in, normally allowances are made. Tonight I asked for 2 buffet to go and was refused a cup to carry my salad dressing in and told I would only be given a cup if I gave back a salad bowl. Now I could understand this if I wanted a large cup bt no I wanted a small cup. Then I was informed they couldn't refund my money on my card it could only cash. That is acceptable, however the manager or owner which ever she was proceed to tell me tht she had never done this in the past and her staff had rules to follow. Not tht I asked or said anything abt an explanation other than I would go somewhere else to eat frm now on. I hate tht owners think a cup is more important than a true customer. We travel for work and until tonight Always meet our family while home to share our meals at the Lime Tree bt no more.
The buffet was awesome. They had a nice selection.
Didn't stay at the hotel, was referred to the restaurant by locals; we were looking for good home style food. They were spot on! This place has great food, very relaxed atmosphere and the wait staff was friendly and patient. Will definitely stop again as we travel through.
Had an incredible lunch here at Limetree Resturant. Buffet was awesome, all I could eat Country Fried Steak, with all the sides and fried chicken, and also home made ham and potato soup. If you like home made home cooking, this is the place you want to go. You will not regret it. And the service is A+. Very friendly.
Great food. Wonderful ambiance. Knowledgeable waitresses and staff. Great place to eat and enjoy.
