This place used to be a great place to buy or get mowers serviced. But it has gone downhill drastically. I went in to get my ztr mower picked up for repair on a Tuesday. "We can pick that up late this week or early next week, a couple of jobs in front of you." Next week came and mid-week I went in to check. Two guys standing around the office doing nothing, no cars in the parking lot, and when they checked they said "possibly early next week, 2 jobs in front of you". Well it's mid-week next week and still no-show, no-call. Taking my business elsewhere.
Fast and friendly service
The shop is clean, the staff are competent. If in the market for a large riding mower, these guys would definitely be considered.
They sell and repair lawnmowers and lawn tractors, Cub Cadet for the tractors. My experience at this place is mostly limited to routine maintenance, they excel. There might be lower prices elsewhere, maybe, but these guys want you to get the most out of your lawn equipment. The lawn mower we take to the shop every year, has lasted much longer than expected, something I attribute to their work. My retail experience has been limited to buying a few accessories, blades and things.
