The staff is super friendly but the wait times are ridiculous. We have to pay for the doctors time. Our time is important.
My family has had several dentists over the years and we've never had a complaint about the way that we were treated. The staff of this office (not the dentists) are unprofessional and verbally abusive. We switched to another Mena dentist and are very happy that we did!
