Beside me was a woman who chose to come inside after seeing the wrap around drive thru line; she waited 30 minutes for her small order. The speedee system was not effective at all today!
This is the cleanest McDonald's I have ever been too. The staff was professional, effective, and the food was actually very good. It's obvious the employees have pride in their jobs. I was very surprised to see the bathroom as clean as my bathroom at home. I hope I get an opportunity to come back this way, as this was truly an unforgettable experience. No sarcasm whatsoever. I know, it's hard to believe.
Too cold inside, but I sat in the back by the tv. It was warmer. Other than that it's good for a quick bite or drink.
I awarded a second star because I know that you are capable of better. I have been in there when things have gone more smoothly. Do you need a bigger infrastructure? Do you need a larger lobby/building? Do you need a training day for new staff? Whatever the case may be, this morning did not work well....

The first star is for my experience today. I should have only given that one. 8 minutes waiting for just a cup of drip coffee. I came to the counter at the end of my time there and found my coffee sitting behind the counter already made. No number had been called. then I had to ask for my coffee.
McDonald's in Mena Arkansas is clean. The food was like good as expected. This McDonald's seemed to be kind of a gathering place. Love the atmosphere.
