The front desk girls where very nice, I had made appointment few days earlier with Donny to get taxes done. I got there on time for my appoint ment, then me, wife and child waited. Donny pulled someone in ahead of us, we waited 30 mins past put appointment time and I asked bout how much longer. And was told gonna be another 30 to 45 mins. Very poor customer service, will nvr go back, I do not recommend
Been waiting since February to have my taxes fixed!!! Was told it would be taken care one month later went back up there!! It's almost June!! Won't use them again!
